How the score works

We classify functional demand from public job titles and teams. For named technical stacks such as Python and TypeScript, we also scan requirements, but only on technical roles. A role can count toward more than one skill, so shares can overlap. The most-mentioned skill scores 100 and the rest are indexed against it. This is a directional sample, not the whole labor market.

We do not show salary or 7-day trends yet. Those require source-backed compensation data and stored daily snapshots. Invented precision would be worse than no number.

Your market cap

Demand only matters when you can prove the skill.

Paste your background. The agent finds the intersection between what the market needs and what your work already demonstrates.
